Recently, I read an interesting article about
the changing world of remote workplaces.
I believe, we have to reimagine how the remote or hybrid work arrangement can be governed effectively and cultivate company growth. There were intriguing perspectives on the continuing importance of workers in the mailroom (even while many work from home). Another observation was the surge of individuals remodeling their homes to suit work and personal lifestyle needs. All of these variables require a measure of cooperation from the team of people you work with to ensure all systems are running smoothly and productivity is uninterrupted.
Tech-support is of paramount importance in this era. It is also crucial to consider, support staff, managers and other employees in companies, (that may not directly deal with the workplace technology), equally the glue that keeps companies together. Everyone in the company has a particular role to play. Each employee’s function can only work effectively if there is clear communication of the company’s mission and clear conveyance of the obligations required in the specific work roles. When everyone has clarity around their role, even though many tasks may be modified due to remote working and virtual workplace innovations, a good well-trained team will foster progress and advancement.
